NEON IP65 waterproof led strip is easy to install, cut and bend into different shapes. The strip can be cut every 5cm. The light colour temperature of the NEON bendable strip can be adjusted between 2500K and 5500K. The colour rendering index of the ribbon is over 95 which means that the colours are reproduced well (the best colours are reproduced with 4000K white light as there is no yellowish or bluish tint involved). This LED strip is dimmable and the colour control can be made to work by ordering the VaLO series rotary (RGB/CCT) pushbutton and receiver (RGB/CCT) . This makes the light uniform enough for indirect lighting, for example. The heat-conductive silicone coating around the ribbon smoothes the light beautifully and is waterproof at the same time. NEON led is easily bendable. You can easily get the strip in the desired curve without soldering. When indirectly illuminated through a wall, the light is even. The CRI of the strip is over 96, which is excellent and suitable for home lighting, even in demanding applications. Installation The LED strip comes in a 25m roll (sold per metre!) and can be cut to size in increments of 5 cm. The tape is clearly marked for easy cutting. First cut the silicone open around the LED strip and only then cut the strip with scissors at the mark. The led strip can be extended by soldering and the silicone glued tightly with silicone glue. Our Led strip is easy to attach with the aluminium fasteners included. 1 per metre. We recommend that one transformer is not used to feed a 24V strip over 10m (regardless of power), to avoid light reduction at the other end of the strip. So if you need more than 10m of ribbon, we recommend to supply voltage to the ribbon from both ends. The CCT led strip is connected to a control unit, and the control unit is connected to a power supply which is connected to the mains. The LED strip works well with solar power, boats and cars if they use 24VDC. Then a separate power supply is not needed. In other cases, order a 24V power supply of suitable power for the strip. The power supply does not need to be dimmable, as dimming takes place between the strip and the control unit, after the transformer. The strips can also be controlled by DALI systems. Wireless dimming is perfect for applications where there is no switch on the wall for the luminaire, but the luminaire is powered continuously. In the case of a smart home, a Zigbee transformer and controllers for wireless control are chosen. In Zigbee transformers, the receiver is already built-in. With the VaLO RF wireless solution, you simply install the receiver between the LED strip and the power supply. You can then control the strip with wireless switches from wherever you want. The wireless switch is powered by batteries, which are easily replaceable. You can also mount the switch on the wall if you wish, but it does not need a separate power supply.
