Capsicum annuum ‘Black Pearl’ (Chilli) Seed

Description Capsicum annuum ‘Black Pearl’ has deep glossy black, and dark purple leaves, with bright green under sides and growing tips. They produce shiny dark black fruit that ripened to a bright cherry red. An attractive bush that will add interest to any garden. The fruit is edible and is very hot, with an average of about 30,000-35,000 Scoville Units.   Germination. To germinate Capsicum annuum ‘Black Pearl’ seeds, sow in light, well-drained soil medium. Keep in a warm location at a temperature of at least 16 C until the seeds sprout in 16 to 20 days.
